Teleport Fragment is a must and should likely be upgraded to t2/t3 until your third item. Both 
Persistent Teleport and 
Heroic Teleport are viable. Blink Fragment is a clearly superior second relic but if you already get easy engagements, don't need 
Death From Below for chasing and heavy CC's bother you consider 
Purification Beads.
