I recommend this build for all players that understand how she works and how to use her. I've found that this build will two shot most squishys with just her autos, decent beginning game, very strong late game. I've used this build in arena, conquest and joust. But if it doesn't work for you get rid of death bringer and I recommend a defense item for whomever is doing the most damage.

If you don't get CC'd you should be able to box anyone, nuke squishes, and deal with lane minions when teammates aren't around. Deeper in, either speed potion away the boots or replace Golden with Bloodforge or a tank item like Ancile/Void Shield.
If it goes right, your teammates in lane will overlevel a bit and you'll be jumping in wiping people and taking giant late game.
Warrior Tabi > Hastened > Stone Cutting > Rage > Wind Demon > Deathbringer.
Would be "ok" in Arena.
Or maybe just drop hastened and get executioner instead since nem has slows in her kit, and if you can proc wind demon, you'll get enough movement speed
If the enemy team comp is that tanky swap Stone cutting for Exe, or better yet don't go crit.
Yeah dropping Hastened is fine, can swap it for Atalanta's.
But let's put crit nemesis aside right now. Can you give op an actually good build for nemesis?
Build needs some optimization.
Lack of penetration, using crits for your main damage, and no situational defens
