What is the true meaning of a tank? Eat damage, heal then go eat more damage. This is the build I use in all game types. For this build to work at 100% you need to guard support and defend your ADC. Your main goal is assists and healing. All builds should get meditation first I don't care who you are the more meditations on the team the harder you are to kill. With this build you are not really supposed to get killed, at the end of game you want the most assists, damage taken, damage mitigation, and healing. That is what you need to be a perfect tank. I know I'm missing a second relic and that's because I cant find it on here, but your second relic must be curse, with this it will be easier for your team to get kills. By the time this build is complete you will have 4040 Heath and hps of 76. Now because of this build your health will be ever increasing, your health can get up to +5k. That much health in a 3v3 joust, and you can have a mid to late game walk. In the end your looking at

1.05 attack speed
259 physical pro
143 magic pro
40% cool down
And I will update at patches and updates come so as to adjust for nerfs and boosts, and as far as the season 4 update goes, this build is actually getting stronger. Hope you enjoy this build.
