Items

Blue Stone Pendant: Provides Huge Early game Dmg. To be sold late game for a Gladiator Shield (Blue Stone shall only hinder the purpose of the Build)

Warrior Tabi: Works well into the Blue Stone Pendant while increasing the Dmg dealt in the Laning Phase. To be Sold in the Late Game For A Spirit Robe And Elixir OF Speed

Stone Of Gaia: Provides The Sustain necessary to stay alive and Trade With other players both in laning and in team fights

Void Shield: Provides both health which increases the percentage of health sustained from both Stone of Gaia and Mail Of renewal but also Phisical Protection and Enemy Physical Protection reduction which should help in the overall damage dealt to the enemy in both the laning phase and team fights.

Oni Hunters Garb: Provides a huge Amount of magical Protection while the passive mitigates dmg from the Enemies which allows you to take in more damage than you should and keeps you alive longer while diving the enemy Back line

Mail Of Renewal: This Item Not only provides you with alot of health and some protection but the Passive provides a huge heal for you and your team based on your maximum health

Spirit Robe: Provides some Extra Protection and cooldown But it also provides some more Dmg mitigation which shall increase the amount of Dmg you are able to absorb from the enemy

Glad Shield: A Nice way to round out build increases protection while also providing cooldown, The passive also provides the player Extra dmg per ability based on the amount of protection which increases what your Dmg espesially in enraged stance

The Build My be Hard Countered By Items That Deal Increased Dmg Based On % Health but the 24% Dmg Mitigation Gained helps to reduce the Damage Taken

I do like your other item choices, but I think Void Shield would be a nice addition.

I don't know what item description you're reading but it doesn't say that and it hasn't said that since around 7.7 ish when they changed items that effect healing to effect all types of healing.

My mistake, I though that Cad also worked On heal From Items n Hp5. I'll make the change from Cad to Void shield

It does work on items. But the build would be better off with Void Shield anyway.

It works with items and other forms of sustain as well. They changed this last season. I just updated the item description.

Ye, in a normal Build Void Shield would be a better choice But this build is focused primarily on healing and Cad shield drastically boosts the heal provided to team

In that case Caduceus shield should be listed as a situational item because not always will you be having a team of healers.

Ye its a build focused primarily on Solo laner healing both u n team during fights while doing what a solo laner does
