Notes I would keep midguardian mail for jungle and hunter considering the attack speed meta. but if you don't want midguardian mail i suggest. gauntlet of thebes, sovereignty, or witchblade.

I'm going to assume that this is a support build based on the early

Your build order suggests building 3rd? After Thebes and sovereignty..
You should always be building your boots first, they provide you with protections, power, health, CCR and movement speed all for 1550 gold

I really don't like on a support, it takes too long to reach Lvl 20 to upgrade it, and I think is a better choice for aggressive supports.

If I was playing Cthullu Support I think I'd build something like the following:
