So this build is going to help those who need a good chang'e build if they are/aren't good with her.
p.s: The skill sequence may be wrong. You want to max her 1 and ultimate every time you can, then her 3 and finally her 2.
What everyone needs to realise is that this god is overpowered. You may not think it, but when you play her to her full potential, you'll understand. She has everything that you want in a god; good wave clear with her 1, immune to damage with her 2, can heal and damage with her 3 and does a lot of damage with her ultimate. So I'm going to show you a build which gets the full potential for her.
So to start off you have 1500 gold. You can spend all of it or leave 100 gold it's up to you. So get rank 2 magic shoes with her to give her some damage and movement, then hand of the gods is a good pick-up here as it allows faster jungle times, good wave clear, and allows you to get either hog 3 or fist of the gods which can be used to damage your opponent with your ultimate. Then get a few pots of mana and health. You can get one or two of each. After a few waves of minions, get cool down boots and then start working your way towards hog 2 which only has a 60 second cool down and breastplate of valor, to cap her cool down. Cool down is really important to chang'e as it reduces her 1 ability to only a few seconds. After breastplate, a void stone is a great item which helps get more damage off onto opponents/minions etc. More than likely, always go for the penetration void stone instead of the aura, unless doing chang'e duo. After that, your'e looking for damage to counteract the cool down, so Rod of Tahuti is the best item to go for, even though it's a bit pricey for the fourth item. Next you would probably go for polynomicon, which gives lifesteal and the basic attack damage every 4 seconds. Finally, Rod of asclepius is good to go for as it gives movement, damage and extra regeneration to allies within a certain area, meaning her heal is better late game. unless you go for asclepius early and breastplate last.

I'll consider this a build-only guide, as this is what it is... You don't explain anything apart from the items and even that not much...
