What is this bell thing right next our username tab, and what is it suppose to do?

As I have firefox while hovering over the bell it says

/subscriptions at the end so I think we gonna get the subscribe thread function soon.

and I think it is already implemented as the favorite button also has ?subscribe at the end.

what this function does on mobafire is notify you if a thread you subscribed to has a new comment

Can confirm the bell is for subscriptions, can't confirm however that that will be added to SF soon™. It's possible that the devs simply forgot to hide that icon on their most recent deploy of the site.

Will have to ask about that ;)

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
