Sums up why I play Smite instead of DOTA2

Seriously though, the dota community tends to be better than smites, just sayin

meh, i have seen way worse then that in both smite and litterly all other moba's.

in smite its just not as often extreme's but its just litterly all game everygame even when you won and everyone on your team got fed there is was rage.

in other moba's its not as often but when it happens there is a bigger chance the insults are worse.

the thing is i can laugh about it when people say you suck your own **** or that they ****ed your mom if it happens 1/5 games because its just sooooo stereotypical.

if litterly every match my team if flaming something/one i can't laugh about it.

That kind of stuff just amuses me, and you see it in every game with any sort of PvP. Hell, I used to play some ****py anime-looking MMO, and I would get insane amounts of toxicity thrown my way. In fact, I still remember when some guy told me he hoped my family would die of cancer. He said that to everyone who kicked his ***, though, and it was hilarious.

But yeah, I've heard plenty of reports saying DotA2 is less toxic than most other MOBAs, though I've heard you might run into quite a few elitists/snobs. Personally, I don't see toxicity much in Smite, but then, most of it tends to happen in CQ, which is one reason why I tend to stay away from it.

No offense, but I doubt you get toxicity in 80% of games like in Smite. At least, in ranked Smite.

Especially if you play support and aren't 100 places at once.

I think you underestimate the amount of douche bags on the internet, and specifically in the gaming community.

The answer is quite simple. Most people who play Pudge are scrubs. :P

anyway, I don't like the dota community only because i'm newer at the game and there seems to be a ridiculously gross intolerance of people who haven't mastered gods, even when I'm doing ok kda wise. I can't say it's a unique aspect to dota over other mobas, but while every moba is toxic, the severity of each statement in dota seems to be higher than all but HoN.

Anyway.
