my smite wont launch

my smite wont get past the launcher, there are no errors popping up it just goes back to my desktop after i click play. There have been a few times when it did start up, i was able to log in but when i tried to start a game, my computer froze at the loading screen. I have no idea what to do, i have tried to restart the game 3 times now, i have tried to contact the people from hi-rez but they ask me to send a screenshot of any errors, but there are no errors to make a screenshot of. thank you so much if you are able to help me. (srry for my bad english)

Try the Repair and the Validate options in the Hi-Rez Diagnosis window.
If this doesn't work, try reinstalling it.

Have you tried running the game in safe mode? Other then that I can't think of anything else .

i tried but it didnt work, when i click on 'play' my screen turns black for a few seconds and than it just goes back to my desktop, the smite icon stays in the taskbar, and when i click that my screen turns black again and so over and over again...

I'm having the same problem. Have you figured out the way to fix it yet? I have uninstalled and re downloaded the game 3 three times and still no success. I hope someone can figure out to fix these. I'd really love to start playing again.

You could also try to check your smite files. See if your virus protection is blocking something, also are you running it as admin?

i've just checked, it isnt blocked, it should work but it still doesnt :/

Run a full virus scan, that may help. Also, what are your computer specs?
