[SubJuly] - Donger, the One and Only

Actually it is pretty balanced. His kit is kind of an adc? or warrior? (don't know if he is melee or ranged) that is a kind of carry and support. His 1 seems pretty balanced (especially because i think that physical power includes basic attacks damage). His 2 helps a lot of lacking in his kit. And many people mosunderstood his W and E. E has long cooldown means that the W activate to revive is also as long as that. R is kknda weird though. It is really support especially since basic since he only has one skillshot. But all in all, except base stats are balanced
