Oh yes, I went there.

My version of Saturn, God of time as a Melee Magical Brusier:

Passive: Timed Bounty
Every 30 seconds, Saturn's scythe glows for 5 seconds. When glowing, killing enemy minions will give an extra 10% gold. Killing a god gives him and extra 25%. After the 5 seconds, he would have to wait another 30 seconds.

Skill 1: Dead End
Saturn activates his scythe's full potential and his basic attacks are increased by 20/30/40/50/60 magical power for 5 seconds.
Cost: 65/70/75/80/85
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Skill 2: Sands of Time
Saturn calls forth the sands of time, and smashes it on an enemy, dealing 120/160/200/240/280 +5% of his magical power. If Timed Bounty is activated, his magical and physical defense increase by 5% for 3 seconds if he hits a god.
Cost: 50
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Skill 3: Stopwatch
Saturn throws a ball of time energy detonating by enemy contact dealing 40/60/80/100/120 + 5 % of his magical power and slowing enemies for 2/2.2/2.4/2.6/2.8 seconds. If Timed bounty is activated, enemies are stunned for 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8 seconds instead of slowed.
Cost:55/60/65/70/75
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Skill 4 - Ultimate: Time Consuming
Saturn raises his sythe, and after a 3 second charge, he releases his energy, slowing all enemies for 5 seconds by 40%/45%/50%/55%/60%. If he is interupted by an enemy god, he becomes furious, increasing his Magical Attack and Attack speed by 30% for 5 seconds (does not work with Dead End) and saping 5% enemy god speed every .5 seconds for 2.5 seconds.
Cost: 150/175/200/225/250
Cooldown: 120

If I'm not mistaken, Chronos is the god of time and Cronus is the titan. Saturn is the Roman equivalent of Cronus, not Chronos.

They're actually the same, aren't they...o3o

EDIT: Yeah, they're the same, because Saturn is the father of Jupiter, Pluto, and Neptune. But what do you think of Saturn?

They aren't the same. I will repeat what I just said. Chronos is the personification of time and Cronus is the titan that gave birth to Zeus (Jupiter), Poseidon (Neptune) and Hades (Pluto). Saturn is the Roman equivalent of Cronus, NOT Chronos.
