So, less stuns, but then he will be less efficient against assassins, and that is his goal, anti-assassin/bruiser. The bonus is only usefull against enemies that have kills. So don't worry supports and tanks. I could make it with milestones, if an enemy has more than 5 kills he deals 50% more damage to them. Or i could work in percentages, of the total kills the opponents team has? But then he won't be a carry, from the beginning of the game he has the bonus at its full efficiency.

Hmm he feels a lot like Anhur,
- a catching ability,
- survivability againt typical physical assassins(Anhur, reduces physcial power)
- crowd control
- nuke ultimate
- spear thrower

The problem is, Anhur is quite broken CC-Wise. That's why people are complaining about it.

Hmmm

I ****ed it up, now he can handle all types of gods. Previously, when the damage was done by his passive, made him more balanced.
His passive may look overpowered, but it really only works late game, when the enemy gets kills, meaning, when you have a team that doesn't die that much, you won't be that strong either.

The scaling of his skills, were more that they did more stun, lower cooldown, making him more spammable.
The stuns are great and all, but one on one, he just doesn't do damage to gods that don't have kills. So he will be mostly anti-assassins with basic attacks, like arachne, fenrir, Freya, because they really have less damage output due to the stuns, mages, can cast their skills in between, so they won't lose that much damage output.
Still, if you look at his HP, Vidar really doesnt has that much survivability, beside his offense.

Crowd control also includes slow.
