This seems very much like aghanim's scepter in dota and I kind of like the idea, but I can see that this would be BROKEN on some gods :|
Anyways, try to balance it that every1 gains something and maybe decrease the price of the supports' and the tanks' items, because they usually don't have that much gold and this could help.
With the implementation of watcher's gift for supports/support tanks i think the price is pretty balanced :)

A good Chronos player needs to track this information. Put it this way, no matter how you look at it, moving back further in time will usually leave him with more hp, unless Chronos used Meditation.

Maybe it could totally change how the skill works, so that the longer you hold down the button, the further back in time you travel, and instead of getting all health and mana instantly, you gain the amount based on when you stop traveling?
