i think you should switch death to like thantos greek angel of death, Yama Hindu god of death, yen Lo Wang chinese king of death, Michael the angel of death,
Kisin mayan god of death, or melinoe the greek Goddess of ghosts

I feel like losing souls is incredibly awkward to work with, considering what the ability does. Maybe make it something like:

Death's increasing hunger for souls weakens him. Every X amount of time, he loses a soul.

To actually make this work, make the amount of souls you can gain higher (50-100), and make it so you gain souls from creep kills, and more from god/ big jungle creep kills.

Your death abilities sound like a combination of hades and a bit of sobek but he realy sounds like a hades clone just without a leap but with a pull

He has no jump, he has a linear attack that pulls, their ultimates are nothing alike, hades has a fear/silence, Azrael has a, basically, minimap awareness attack that buffs his abilities to do: No CD, pull, mana drain, compared to hades' bonus doing: extra damage, fear, lifesteal/explosive, more damage.

In reality, the only way that they're similar at all, is that they have an AoE ability (WOW.) and they have bonuses to their abilities. Azrael's comes from his first ability, Hades's comes from his passive.

All in all, I think it's an interesting idea with what you've done with the God, I'm not just as enthused by the passive, and by the 1 basically being a wasted spell that gives his other abilities use. I'd prefer he has some kind of escape mechanism, since he's a battlemage that is still squishy. He has 0 CC and 0 escape - every god has at least ONE of those. He doesn't even have a speed boost >.> this, in a nutshell, means he's a free kill to any loki, fenrir, etc, since lifesteal is by far not enough to survive an assassin.

Oh I mis read my mistake I didn't see that his ult can't be broken by distence.

They still sound kind of the same to me i mean an on hit effect that interacts with other abilities, not being Able to move during his ult. They are a lot more simular then most Gods who have kinda the same abilities.

Raven I said he also reminds me of sobek with his one man pull though I think deaths version is a bit to powerfull.

They strike me as the same but maybe that's just me.

I do have 2 questions

Will his ult be global alla xbal or something different?
What will his Role be? His kit feels to me like a support tank but im not sure.

I want it. Gimme.

First, about the name, can be any of those, i just needed a name, and i think everybody likes that black hooded skeleton with a scythe.

2 - He loses souls when he "dies", becouse he cannot die, he uses it to come back to this world, i tought in this idea, more souls capacity and minions giving it, but i wasn't able to make something balanced, i'll think in something for an optional passive, smite decides...

3 - I dont think his abilitys look like hades, just becouse his lore is similar, some of you read it already comparing. Thx for defense Raventor, only thing that looks like is the bonus effect, but works diferently. He is some kind of sustain tank mage (using magiclifesteal), a battlemage as said before, he can build tank, or pure damage.

4 - About gapcloser/scape, i think u guys are right, maybe death lackeys could give him bonus movement speed, or remove cc effects...and maybe the haunted effect to scythe of dawn could do some mini stun...what u guys think?

5 - His ult is totally diferent from hades,it is SINGLE TARGET, drains mana, slows...the duration is 5 secons and range is short, so its not like u cast it in your base and will kill the god in his base...neither kill that god who ran with very low health, only if u reach him.

That's ********. It can easily be balanced.
