Well how could it scale? Since it can't be upgraded? Every 4 levels it increases? Personally it should just be 1 second and not anything more or less.

Scales with your level. It goes up when you reach 5/9/13/17/20.

Also, the power creep in this game is very high. Something like this would definitely be on the upper end of passives, but it would not be OP.

Also note that this passive would actually be worse than the original passive if it were kept one second, as the original works for every 5 hits, where as this one is every 13 seconds. This one is just more reliable.

Id make the passive have a cooldown first of all, just cuz if you were lucky you could have someone constantly stunned, id also completely remove the heal from the 1, it just seems a little unneccecary considering it can also take allies across walls, I like the idea of the 2, but mabye the teleport effect on it couldent effect allie and instead it would just grant them a movespeed buff, otherwise the troll cronos on your team could just send you back into tower range after you tower-dive.
I would personally tone down the stun duration on his 3, IMO it would be used more for the damage, and it just seems like a slightly more reliable version of his pssive, and there is an error with the ability as you have given it a 5 second duration :P. The ult seems interesting, but perhaps it could be changed to something more allong the lines of a shorter duration, but a more intense effect, then you wouldent just build chronos ADC and autoattack them to death while they cant do anything about it, it would lso troll your allies a little.
But overall it seems like a well-constructed idea, i just think you should slightly tone down his utility

MOBA's Should AVOID taking ability / character(God/Champ/Hero) copies from other MOBA's or else you get a Dota - HoN incident which I found horribly equal and boring...
why does wukong look so much different now?

HoN was meant to be a DotA clone.

The deisgner's original intentions was to make a DotA 1.5, with constantly upgraded games, unlike DotA 1, which has stopped.

Now that the real deal is out...

Ok i'll update soon, thx very much for all the response guys.
1- Stun in basic attack is not exactly copy a hero or a ability, many heros and itens do it, so arachne hook copys pudge? Freya copys Kayle? Hades copys Enigma...could go on, what i mean is, we can get idea from existing heros from other mobas.
2- Ok i'll change his passive to something that not depends on chance, and with "cooldown"
3- Im thinking on taking off the damage/heal from 1, trade it for the movement speed bonus/penalty from 2, and leave 2 only with the teleport effect. what u think?
4- About 2 effecting allies and trolling, this is a risk, Ymir, Thor can troll allies, someone can just suicide to troll, i like this because u can save allies, kill enemies, or take that feed god away from u.
5- The 5s duration of 3 is the time he haves to stun, or he could use it at base, go for lane, stun use again and stun twice.
6- Thx for ideas but i dont think that i'm gona change his ult, i liked it, but enemies can stun, it will just be slow cast.

Nah, HoN started loosing players to LoL before dota 2 came out, but I agree with you that dota is probably one of the big reasons why it isn't as popular anymore. HoN also has very unforgiving gameplay with a terrible community. This makes it IMPOSSIBLE for newcomers to get into a game. I personally can't play while get screamed at unless I know I am usually a decent or good player. For instance getting into dota 2 was very hard for me because I got screamed at and ragequit 3-4 times I think. I only got into it when I watched some guides, had a good game or two and found some heroes to play with.

Yeah i know, but he wasn't that much close, specially now, after u guys help. lets compare NOW.
*leap doesn't slows, he doens't have chance to dodge (where u take that from??? lol) ultimate isn't based in void brother, is a skill that every little kid wants, SLOW MOTION, not aoe, but GLOBAL.

Void / Chronos

Chance to stun with bonus damage / 100% stun after using a skill, and with cooldown
Leap with slow / Leap, creating 2 portals, any hero - ally(bonus) or enemy (slow) can pass through it
Chance to dodge / bonus damage or CC changing position (lol, wt this have in comom?)
Ultimate AOE freeze, still can use abilities / GLOBAL slow to everything(never saw any skill in any moba like it), cant use skills.

I was carefull man, but thx for the warning
