Chronos, God of Time - My version

First of all, i want to put the challanger: https://www.smitefire.com/smite/forum/god-item-ideas/god-idea-chronos-god-of-the-time-1227 he done first, so i have to quote him, but i had a totally diferent understanding of the god, so made other.

Melee, Carry (maybe look like void, but its does not)

Passive: Time impact
After using an ability, next basic attack will stun on the enemy. can't affect twice the same enemy within 12s.
-Stun: 1s
-Duration: 6s (until buff disapears)

*EDIT 2: Removed from Active 1 damage and heal, now it will slow or buff speed.

Active 1: Wormhole
Chronos blinks within a great distance, creating 2 portals, any god can pass through it, reaching the other portal instantly, enemy gods will suffer slow, and ally will get bonus movement speed, only Chronos can travel more than 1 time, *Chronos doens't get movement bonus.
-Movement speed bonus/penalty: 10/15/20/25/30%
-Portal and bonus/penalty duration: 4s
-Cooldown: 23/20/17/14/11s
-Manacost: 60

Active 2: Back to the past
Chronos targets a god (or himself), making the target go back in time, exactly where he was.
-Time: 3s back
-Cooldown: 20s
-Manacost: 90/95/100/105/110

*EDIT 4: Stun taken off from Active 3, increased damage.

Active 3: Compressed time
Chronos compresses time in his fist, granting bonus damage to his next basic attack.
-Damage: 150/175/200/225/250 (+ 20% physical power)
-Duration: 5s
-Cooldown: 10s
-Manacost: 70/75/80/85/90

Ultimate: Slow motion
Chronos slow time of the entire map, affecting gods, towers, minions (not GF.FG or Mino) - movement speed, attacks, skill animations, cooldowns, damage over second, regen, everything except himself, he can't cast spells until it finishes, reset all his cooldowns.
-Slow: 50/60/70/80/90%
-Duration: 5s
-Cooldown: 120s
-Manacost: 110/120/130/140/150

Well his passive his OP. And I'm assuming he is magic damage? The ultimate is really interesting, didn't think about that!

about passive, void is 25% with extra damage, slardar is also 25%, barathrum 17, troll 10 with 2s stun...

What? If your referring to LoL I've nver played it. But still that's LoL with over 100 playable people. In here there is what? 36? So right now nobody could really counter that. An that's really OP because a 1 second stun, well ugh, I mean if he is melee it would be ok bit if he is long range you could daily chase someone. Plus the map is so much smaller in here than in LoL so gangs and assistants from teammates is much easier here.

I'm refering to DOTA/Hon, yes he is melee (is in the post).

I really recomend u to play other MOBAs, u will gain a lot of experience, and it will make u a better player even in smite, also gain new ideas for gods.

Well I already have a ****ty computer, so more stuff will make it lag. Plus it's a family computer. Did I mention it's a laptop? Yeah... :/

Yeah, I'm saving up for an Alienware. And when I say "saving up" I mean hoping I get money because I don't want to go out and earn it.

It's just me, but I feel like anything that relies on chance is poorly designed. Maybe make the passive:

Chronos' first auto-attack against an enemy stuns them for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds. This effect cannot effect the same enemy until after 13 seconds.
