If so I can do you one better.
Legendary Neith with about 450 kills and 98 wins.
That's 45 kills and less than 10 wins a level, not including how many since she maxed out at rank 10. I didn't think it was possible to have stats that low.
Needless to say she did horribly. It was like 1-8 from what I remember.

Legendary Xbalanque in 3v3, 3000 something kills, I think in the 400s on wins, lots of assists.

Goes 2-11 vs me playing Xbalanque against him.

As far as gold league players, I've encountered some pretty bad ones, but nothing truly outstanding that I remembered it.

Legendary Xbalanque, with 3100 odd kills, just as many assists, 400+ wins, yet didn't get boots and went 1/10 with me jungling as not mastered thanatos. The lack of boots particularly baffles me.

I think we expect too much from golden/legendary players. You know, sometimes people just have a bad game.

Legendary Neith 4800+ kills, 3000+ assists, 1000+ wins (sorry I don't have photographic memory) she had her at level 10 mastery, I killed her many times when I was first time Tyr. Her lane was the first to go down( like 10 min. in the game.) She got like 0-14. Yikes.

Went up against a Legendary Chang'e a while back in an Assault match. By the end of the match, we won, and he/she had maybe one kill with like 13 deaths or something like that. I can't remember whether we had a healer on our team or not, but chances are we did.

Is funny, though, seems the majority of the time I go against a team with a Legendary, I think to myself "Well ****...", but they end up being very underwhelming.

Though it's like dacoqrs said, sometimes people have bad games, so it happens.

I was playing with some friend of mine( I guess it was Pandr... Don't remember who exactly), and we went against a Legendary Arachne. We thought we were dead... and actually Arachne was the one that died the most in the enemy team.

Perhaps she was a good Arachne before the huge nerf on her Eggs.
