Well I'd argue previous moba's aren't unbalanced either. Everything is in a state of "perfect unbalance" as they call it, where whoever is overpowered, the next FOTM champs are those who counter those overpowered champs. And then whoever counters THEM, is the NEXT FotM. And so on and so forth. As more and more gods get added, more counters will arise to both them, and other gods.

I agree with Raventhor, as this game develops the "overpoweredness" of some gods will be countered by a newer god's "overpoweredness." That seems to be the trend High-Res is going for now days and has been the trend for other MOBAs in development in the past.

Also, if anyone has any topics they want specifically addressed we are always open to suggestions. Feel free to post here or PM if you like.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
