So I haven't played in a week (not any games at all), because of having exams :P
I figured I could try a god I never play just because, well I expected to be rusty as hell and I've had a decent amount of beers so I though I might as well try something new..



My conclusion is that Thanatos is a ****ing beast :-)

Feels good to be back playing some Smite!

He's a god you either get completely facestomped as or roll all game with. If you're up against a team with decent assassins playing against you, or gods with long reach or cripples, you're pretty much going to die a lot if you don't tryhard. His basics can hit upwards of 1k damage on crits when built right though. It's hilarious when you play against another Thanatos and you both are just hitting each other over and over, nearly killing the other but then lifestealing your health back full.

But seriously, the silence was just ridiculously strong (as long as you know when to use it ofc). And the damage, oh my...

Thanatos was my favorite god. I took him from nothing all the way to legendary despite having gods much closer. Definitely a fun god but like Ghraf said, you either roll the other team or get curbed stomped lol.

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods.
