I was once someone who would play mostly fps games, but after a certain point playing would just leave me pissed off. Now I have gotten to the same point with Smite. I would be happy before I played, but after I played I would end up aggravated. So I would like to ask has anyone else suffered form what I would call burnout from a game they would play often?

Every single time I play a match, this happens. At first I thought it might be me, but with how many posts are being put up on here about essentially the same thing now I know that Smite and it's community is at fault.

My 'burnouts' come from the players of a particular game. There's games I could sit and play for hours and hours because of how fun they are, but the players just make me want to quit.

Find a clan. Be friend everyone. And you'll be happy. It works. Trust me.

I support this message, I used to suffer from the same problem, in smite and tf2. In Smite I got friends. In tf2 I got good. Both work.

I get this way with every game I ever play. The reason is I play games to occupy my free time. So I typically can play them at least a few hours in a day. After a few weeks it is going to lose my attention(due to the fact I'm probably playing it too much for my attention span to hold) and I'm going to want a little change up to my routine. If I really enjoy the game, I'll typically come back to it. Like I have been with Smite. However, most games I don't. I'll play them for a few weeks and come back to my main game, which for the last few months has been Smite.
