Hey guys just tried out game other night, unlocked all gods yesterday. Just enjoying it so much figured I would support the company.
My question is I usually look into player population before I purchase a game. So far I dont have any problems finding games which is a promising start, but what is population like. Last game I broke down and bought died like a month later..
This game is still in beta (but apparently not for long!) and it's unique in it's genre - a MOBA like LoL, HoN, or DOTA, but completely 3rd person skill shot based. As such, people who like this have NOTHING else to leave it for, so the playerbase is growing, while not losing hardly any players at all. There are already professional teams, including major gaming teams like Dignitas and I believe Curse. Once this officially goes live, this game will explode, imo.
Thanks guys. Yeah im a former wow arena player but burned out on that year or so ago, and havent found a game that holds my attention. My buddies all play Dota and LOL etc and I just couldnt get into point and click. The 3rd person and skill shot etc really made this game for me, my wife hates that I found a new game to be addicted too. I already got several buddies to download it and test it with me
