Personally as a Roman Catholic if I saw St. George as a playable character I would just be so much more dedicated to play as him

The only thing is that Hi-Rez has publicly announced that they will not add anyone from the Christian, Islam, or Judaic religion. Angels aren't technically limited to Christianity, but Saints on the other hand are. I would love to run around as an angel.

Well Hi Rez also said they will not be adding hybrids to this game remember that? Also they said they will not add supports since noone wants to play a support character in MOBAs and Hi Rez always keeps there word :)

I suppose. I do enjoy my Freya. We'll just have to see I guess, but I don't expect to see Jesus gliding around left lane in his majesty. Saints and angels, now that's more probable.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
