Arena Tier List

Hey everyone, feedback requested.

I'm working to complete my general Arena guide (https://www.smitefire.com/smite/guide/the-overarching-arena-guide-s3-wip-11968). Part of this is including a tier list.

Partly because it's a lot of work, both to write and maintain, and partly because things are often subjective and everyone's opinion differs, I'm thinking of toning down the format TormentedTurnip used.

Instead of a full tier list (SS, S+, S, S-, A+, etc.), I'm thinking of simplifying into 3 tiers...S (overpowered), A (generally balanced) and B (underpowered), or something along those lines, especially because things really don't need to be that precise.

Also, I can keep segregated by class like Turnip did, or just do one massive visual list similar to what Incon and others use (smite.guru/tierlists). Thoughts on that?

Finally...looking for your feedback on which gods are obviously over or underpowered.
