Hello everyone! Due to the recent patch notes, I will be taking down my Vamana guide because I feel like Hirez will be fixing him until he's broken like a certain Hel. Thus, I've archived my guide. However, if you'd like to see it (For the lucky blog lurkers that do) it will be over at my profile and the guides section. Also, for the past months, I have screencapped the ammount of bars or views received.

Anyways, my Kali guide also reached #1, which I apologize for not getting off my lazy butt to fix it. As well as finishing up the Ne Zha guide. Which I humbly hope will come at the Fenrir patch. Although you can certainly leave Vamana guide reviews in the comments below. Especially a certain *cough* HiFromBuddha *cough* I hope he didn't read this. Here are the screenshots in your face.

Grammar? It is, currently. the Only reason, "This is unreadable."

Welcome to the useless blog #2. I'll be honest, I actually quite enjoy blogging and actually believing that someone is actually reading this.

Anyway, I'm a Grammar Nazi. Whenever I see a mistake, I just get the urge to correct. It pains me to withhold myself from correcting the grammar. I always have been very good at English at school. You'd very commonly see me get awards for my success in English for the past few years. This leads to bad habits though.

(Exaggerated writing incoming)
You see, when you see a mistake, you get this uneasy feeling on the inside. You hold it in, but then you feel like crying. Your lips feel like opening, but you are forcing them shut. You see their used in the wrong context, and you start getting an agitation. You open your mouth and say it. Say the word that will piss everyone off and accuse you of being the socially pitied title of 'Grammar Nazi'.

You see, we 'Grammar Nazis' don't enj…

So my sister gave me some praying mantis eggs for my birthday that you can order from a seller. They are a way to prevent pesky insects from bothering your garden without using chemicals. We don't really have a garden but praying mantises are my favorite bug and they're cool to see regardless!

I had this little plastic cup with the mantis egg in it. I looked up how they laid their eggs since I was curious how there was a bunch of eggs inside one mass. Apparently they lay their eggs in a "frothy mass" and when this mass solidifies it becomes a solid ball with a texture similar to a wasp nest.

I woke up one day about 2 weeks later and there they were. I did not expect them to be so big, and there were so many! They were all scrambling around, and I'm really glad I didn't try to put it in my spare fish tank because they easily climbed up the side walls and were chilling on the roof of the cup, where my fish tank would have had holes that would be big enoug…

I've been seeing a trend in the profile pictures/forum avatars lately.... Most people have a picture of an anime girl that no one knows, despite being male.

Being the conformist I am, I thought why not join in the fun! *hooray* *ermagherd ur so special Buddha*

Anyway, I probably will change back to my, '*****, please' face, but for now, I'll stick with this person...

By the way, if anyone can guess which anime my avatar is from, you will receive a picture of a Magnum Big Choc Bikkie ice cream that I'll probably eat as soon as I finish typing this relatively pointless blog, despite all blogs being relatively pointless.

HINT: She's one of my favourite anime characters of all time, and her ears are in fact wings.

A lot of times I find that new players want advice on which Gods they should play. Now, usually my first response is always Ymir. He's tanky, he's relatively easy mode at early levels, and he's been viable in upper level play pretty much since the outset of the game. But then I started to wonder, why do my teammates, that usually play carry, not think he's a good first god? Why can't they see how easy he is to play? And then it dawned on me: I always play support.

From the perspective of any good player, you will pretty much always notice they're more or less competent with pretty much any role and any god. Assault, in fact, is popular for that reason, because people get a chance to perfect skills with gods they don't normally play, but they still have a decent amount of understanding and knowledge to play. But at the end of the day, if you're playing a game you want to win, you usually have a role and a god that is your fall back, your main so to speak. What I have also noticed, thou…

Well, time to jump onto the bandwagon here (yay for fallacy). I'm gonna start doing blog... stuff.

For start, I noticed that my Artemis build got to five votes and four bars, which I must say is an accomplishment for me. I'm surprised that it's gotten over 16000 views, but I plan on working on it more soon.

I did a speech on how video games do not lead to violent behavior in one of my classes this week. I was told that I gave one of the best persuasive speeches in the class so far, so I'm quite proud of it. Some people might argue with that idea, but in my years of gaming I haven't seen a direct correlation to gaming and violent behavior.

I'd like to become more active on SmiteFire and maybe gain some +Rep, but to be honest I lack the willpower and the drive to do so. Depression is great... but I've come to acknowledge some of you as friends. Ragingstorm, ElGrizz, and even you Sunfall, talking to you guys is always interesting. So thanks, I suppose.

It's been a while since I made one of these.

Today, I'd like to pay tribute to some of the members of this site and how they made it grow (How fitting for it to be posted on ANZAC Day).

I've been here for ages. I have watched the community of SmiteFire grow. It's grown to be a quite a remarkable community to be honest.

I started August 30th 2012. Pretty much when SmiteFire started. Back then, the community was small, but that's pretty obvious. There were basically only 1 or 2 posts a day on the forums, and many incredibly bad guides. When I saw these guides, I saw an opportunity to make myself shine, so I did. I made a He Bo guide. Mind you, this was the 5th or 4th guide to actually be released on the site.

The first comment on that is by someone who has long left the site, but was very active at the start. The person was hades4u. Basically, she (I think it's a she judging by her avatar on Dotafire) was a great signature maker, and would support many of the early guides, such as mi…
