Erlang Shen Rework
Here’s my go around on an Erlang Shen rework. My major change for Erlang is biting a bit Achilles and King Arthur’s kit. For Erlang he will have 2 modes Sage and Jade while removing base Erlang and converting it into Sage mode. Base mode is now an aspect as Illustrious Erlang. When choosing illustrious Erlang aspect you forgo Sage and Jade mode.)
Illustrious Mode will have a strength and atk speed increase when leaving the fountain.
Sage Mode will increase his Vitality, Def and mana when leaving the fountain.
Jade mode will increase Crit chance, Basic Attack Damage, and Movement speed when leaving the fountain.
Passive: Cap the doggos Basic Atk Damage (BAD) at 10% (lvl 5).
Spot Weakness: Illustrious: No Changes.
Jade mode:
increase atk speed and strength with crit chance no Lifesteal or dmg reduction.
Sage mode:
Increased Cleave Lifesteal, damage reduction increase and reduction in strength.
Pin: Illustrious: Increased pin duration.
Sage:
reduced damage ,exudes lightning Aoe upon impact, cripples instead of rooting for 2 seconds. Jade:
reduced damage upon pin impact. Animation roots and jumps to god(s) to deal additional damage
72 Transformations: Illustrious , Sage and Jade Mode:
Turtle mode: has increased shield and leaves a trail of lighting for 3 secs damaging all enemies.
Mink Mode: does bleed damage upon impact on an enemy god, with crit chance.
9 Turns Blessings: Illustrious Mode:
Ult has increased healing and reduces time to heal.
Sage Ult:
Sends shockwave damage, regular time to heal and healing.
Jade Ult:
Replaces healing factor with Lifesteal, slows for 2 seconds, and crit chance.

Firstly, I'll point this SMITEFire feature out: https://www.smitefire.com/smite/concepts If you'd like, you can put this into a concept which will organize the abilities nicely.
As for the concept itself? I'll just mention your "leaving base" options (e.g. Illustrious aspect vs standard Sage/Jade modes) and then suggest something.
- Illustrious aspect: Str + AS
- Sage: Vit + Def + Mana
- Jade: Crit + Attack Dmg + MS
The above IMO doesn't separate things enough function-wise between Illustrious and Jade. For the non-aspect, it's fine that it focuses one on tankiness and the other on offense. But for Aspect, it's also mostly offensive. In leaving the fountain, both are focusing on damage, particularly from basic attacks. While some of the other abilities see some different splits in these two forms, I think an aspect should deviate a bit more. (Side note, crits not really the best for Erlang unless you're going to significantly change his basic attack progression from what it currently is in S1.)My suggestion: between Aspect and 2 regular stances, we generally want the Aspect to offer a different style of play, or a different focus, right? Firstly, we should define at least 3 or 4 different functions that would be implemented. We have at least the following to choose from:
- Tankiness / CC (Support style): mitigations, more CC in the kit, maybe some CDR to support ability CC use.
- Tankiness / sustain (Solo style): mitigations, lifesteal or healing, shields
- Sustain / offense (alternate Solo bruiser style): lifesteal, shields, str or AS
- Basic attack offense (non-crit old-school Qin's style for Jungle or full offense Solo): str and/or AS
- Ability or hybrid offense (a bit more focus on abilities for offense): str and/or CDR.
If you're making his standard into a stance switcher, why not allow the aspect to do so as well? Do you see Erlang more as an offense or tank? You could take 2 offense forms and use that as base between sage and jade, and take 2 defense forms for the aspect. Or you could take one offense and one defense (with focus on one attack style like basic attack function) with basic, and one offense and one defense (maybe with ability focus) as aspect. In use, it could be something like Achilles...take sustain / offense in Solo to start the game and transition to tankiness / sustain in the late game.
I dunno, there are a lot of options on how to split stance use and aspects, but first and foremost I think it would be good to have more defining factors in your Illustrious and Jade modes.
