Skill Comments




Poison Darts - highest damage ability, will be more effective if you can lend 3x darts on your opponent.
Rising Jaguar - second damaging ability, does 30% more damage if darts are applied, use them both for nuking your opponent.
Branching Bola - while it can do some damage early if you put a point into it, the MP cost will make it impossible to spam previous two nukes, skip this spell till you start jungling.
Darkest of Nights - a very nice stun/stop force indeed. But it's primary usage in 1vs1 is increasing of your auto-attack range, use it while finishing running opponents or engaging other ranged enemies at super range, also good at diving. Points above 1 will only increase your movement speed for the duration, so we will keep it at 1 just for that extra damage from other spells.

Tips and Tricks

This is the list which will give you an edge vs an experienced opponent, everything counts!

  • At level 1, get 2x Small jungle creeps as shown in the video.
  • Get Branching Bolas earlier if you play to get jungle creeps earlier, as that help a lot.
  • Keep harassment of your opponent with combo of darts into jaguar at a medium range or jaguar into darts if you plan to go in melee (so you can hit 3x of your darts at him).
  • Turn off branching bolas if you plan to attack enemy turret and the enemy is near, since you will be put under turrets agro otherwise.
  • After killing your opponent, make sure that you push your lane, so that your creeps gold/exp will be denied by the enemy turret.
  • If you play vs jungler or Vulcan, check them for early jungle camp clearing and ruin their day, also you can see if Vulcan is going for it by looking on the mini map - you can see his turrets through fog of war this way.
  • Get last hits in lane, that gold counts.
  • Dive your opponent with creeps under turret with darts into jaguar into auto-attack combo.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
