As Xbalanque sometimes I will get the second level of golden bow and two of each potions. Or I will get either death's toll or bluestone pendant and the first level for golden bow depending on what I feel like doing during the early game. If i choose to get the second level of golden bow I usually try and clear the lanes as fast as i can using basic attacks and then I will move on and bleed the enemy gods a little with my poison darts. Then After enough bleeding if they do not back I try and finish off my enemies with a rising jaguar poison dart combo. With the bleeding and fast lane clear tactic I find I am able to stay in the lane longer and force the enemy to have to retreat giving me a small window to breath.
Usually during my middle game I will be building devo's pretty fast due to golden bow and I will begin to build hastened or I may start my crits and get hastened next. But during the mid game you want to continue to pressure the enemy and pick up kills when you can and put some damage on the enemy tower.
During the late game you can pretty kill whatever enemy god that steps in your way because you are doing a lot of crit damage and because of hastened, boots, and golden bow you are pretty much running circles around whatever enemy you encounter.
If you are every having to move into the jungle for whatever reason my build for xbalanque is good because due to your speed; you can go into the lane shoot your poison darts and then proceed to hit the enemy gods with your crits and if they try to run or if you need to run you can always rely on your rising jaguar and your ultimate if need be. This makes for either a good flank or much like the actual jaguar warriors a good hit and run type of jungle play.
I choose to level up xbalanque's poison darts first so that I can bleed the enemy during the early to mid game and so I potentially force them out of the lane or get a kill.
I usually upgrade my rising jaguar next so that i can secure kills on enemy gods if their health is low enough. I also like to use rising jaguar if I need to tower dive an enemy that is hiding in their tower beause I can usually spin in, get the kill and be out of the tower's range all within the same spin.
Lastly I personally do not like to use branching bola's because I feel that they draw to much mana if I use them not stop so that is why I upgrade them last. I usually only use my branching bolas when I am in a 1v1 with an enemy god so that I can get that extra damage on them.
Xbalanque can be good in a team fight due to his branching bola's that can hit multiple enemies at once and his ability to sprinkle his enemies with his rising jaguar and poison darts.
Xbalanque's ultimate is also very good for team fights because it has many different ways that it can be used. It can be used to help a team member get away as well as helping your team during an engagement by blinding the enemies giving your team the ability to kill the enemy gods. Also if your are communicating with your team you can use the ultimate to set up a gank or to assassinate a single target while they are blind. And lastly the ultimate can be used to help a team mate that cannot catch up to a fleeing enemy because the enemy either has to stop completely, run a little then stop or get stunned when the ultimate wears off. This can buy your teammate some time to catch up and kill the enemy.
Thank you for taking the time to read through my Xbalanque build this is my very first every build that I have done so feel free to leave any comments or critiques on it and I will try and revise as necessary. I am also sorry if any of this information is in any way wrong because I have not played smite on the computer due to my computer not being able to run it but I have played it on console and Xbalanque was the first god that I have got diamond and so far he is my favorite hunter. Once again thank you for taking the time to read my guide and I hope you the best of luck in your games if you decide to use my build. I would also be happy if you would tell me about your experiences using my build.
