The point of this build is to dabble in and out of the jungle and picking up early stacks of devourers gloves for sustain after ganks. I personally find Wu Kong a great counter jungle, so I go for green. Be sure to use your 3 first, THEN HoG for extra damage. If you aren't having trouble with sustain, get heart seeker second instead. You are meant to surprise the enemy by sneaking up from behind with an overhead smash and jump AFTER they use an escape. This is focused on auto attack damage. I believe that FBH on wu kong is a waste, he has PLENTY of gap closing abilities and you are just failing if they escape. Be sure to gank early and make as much use of your blue/green buff as possible early on to poke and prod, so that they are low when you hit 5. Be sure to keep an eye on mid, wu kong is too good at stopping escapes for you not to help your mid out.
Devourer's gloves are for sustain after ganks, HoG obviously for jungling important buffs early along with putting pressure on (Take out the archers for quick ganks). When you pick up Qins Blades, you will see a HUGE jump in your damage, this is when you are your strongest, be sure to be extremely active at ganks rather than jungle/farm. Void Blade for protection/debuff, if you feel confident that their AD is bad, grab executioner or titans bane instead. Death bringer as your next item will again be a huge jump in damage if you hit this point in the match but recognize that other players might match your level at this point (Assuming you're doing well!). Executioner to wrap it up. Feel free to insert purification beads/Aegis/Heavenly agility/Creeping Curse anywhere in the build as you see fit, I find heavenly agility great if you're not having trouble against cc.
Your 3 is a great choice to start with, it allows you to poke at the enemy as much as possible while avoiding damage yourself as your lane tends to be a bit pushed when you first come out of the jungle and people tend to (Sometimes successfully if you're not careful) focus you if you are missing some health. Your 2 with be your main source of burst damage when you are opening up, 2 the enemy if they are unaware, ulti them if they are aware but you feel you can burst them down. Wait till the enemy uses an escape to jump for the slow, your 2 should be up again and you should finish them off or 3 if you are nearby creep or can kill them with it.
I hope you find this wu kong build helpful, I tend to do great with it whether I have a team that is doing badly or well, I always find a way to come out on top. Wu kong is a great god for initiations and ganks so be sure to recognize when a good play is available and when it isn't and you should do great. If you have any feedback, feel free to tell me.
