Hey guys, this is VZMeAdOw. Yes (VZMeAdOw) is my Smite in-game name. This guide was made after I started using Hou Yi and rented him with a 3-day rental. Hope you all enjoy it and give me some feedback, because this is my first ever smite guide.
Here are some of the pros of Hou Yi i've seen when playing him:
1.)Very Powerful without crit damage.
2.)Good Crowd control abilities.
3.)Combos are easy to do with him.
Now here are some of the cons i see of Hou Yi since I started playing him:
1.)If not fed, after Hou Yi combo is over, very easy to target.
2.)If divebomb is on cooldown, Hou Yi has no escape other than a stun.
3.)weak against assassins early game to mid game.
Hou Yi is very good with other gods that have very good crowd control abilities like Bacchus, Nu Wa, Cabrakan, or Geb. So pair up with a joust team that has atleast 1 tank with crowd control abilities or 2 teamates with equal crowd control.
