Intro

Good afternoon and welcome to my first god guide!

Now to begin, Chronos (Launch patch) is super powerful, especially early game! Chronos is a great mid, arguably equal to Ao Kuang. He's a mage with pretty great speed and agility! Playing him half correctly, you won't be touched by your opponents! Since he arrived on the battlefield, I've been filling my goblet with his awesomeness for hours! He's so much fun and slightly OP.

Pros
Great Mid.
Speed, speed, and oh guess what! SPEED!
Ultimate is a great utility.
Slow/Stun is powerful.
Abilities don't hinder movement.. So yeah, more speed!
Can go all out damage or tanky or a bit of both.
Easy solo FG/GF late game.

Cons
Ganks hurt... ALOT!
Physical Carries are very hard!
Not very escapy, unless you use the ult in a perfect scenario.
Time Rift and Stop Time both have short delays before they'd hit the target.
He doesn't have a stomach! He's got gears there instead.

Now then, without further "do"s, let's get rolling; time's slipping away!

Ability Rundown

Time Rift: Simple damage aoe. Similar to He Bo's Waterspout as it's a small aoe and has a short delay before doing damage. Plenty of skill is required for this when attacking apposing gods that move. Also, if you see Chronos getting kinda wiggly, he's prolly' about to hit you with it.. (Or try at least). This ability is your massive damage, use it to initiate and to kill.

Accelerate: (XLR8 for those who had the late days of good Cartoon Network) This ability is you're bread buttering buttered bread and butter! This will push minions in early game, slap that enemy Kali into a 6ft hole, and nicely versatile! Firstly, it give SO MUCH C**K-SLAPPING SPEED. Then you also get your choice of these four abilities:
1 + 20% Lifesteal
2 + Makes spells cost 25% their original cost
3 + 20% Magic power
4 + 35% More Basic attack damage (This is the best early game!)

Stop Time
: Slow -> Stun. This is great for team fights as it passes through targets. Great ganking ability, chasing, chased, minions, & it does damage! BUT BE WARNED! It's kinda slow to reach the end of the aoe, so plan accordingly and aim well! This can save your booty, save your friend's, save your best friend's girlfriend booty you were looking at! Compared to Ymir's stun, it has up/downs. Ymir's is really fast in a wide cone, but he has to stop moving. Chronos' has more distance but takes time to get there. At least he doesn't have to stop for a breath.. Make each one count!

Rewind (Ultimate): Wow this is useful! Use it to save your sorry butt from when you didn't watch the MIAs and get ganked. Use it in a team fight to get that stun back online. Use it to re-watch that funny moment from Scrubs you missed while the phone rang! All the uses! BUT If you had low hp 8 secs ago, you're gonna feel that Guan Yu bending you over the counter in a moment. :L

Watch out!

There's a few people to keep away from. These folks can very easily tear you apart in 1v1s.

Artemis
Neith
Athena

He Bo

I'll update this more as i discover more about god compatibility.

Item/Build Rundown (When & Why)

Standard Build:
Most seem pretty usual for mages, right.. Wait, what's that? is that.. No, it cant be Fatalis?
WELL TOO BAD! It is Fatalis. The attack speed + Accelerate go really nicely.. You'll be using your basic A LOT! That's also why Polynomicon is in there too. You may think it strange, but you'll thank me for soloing the fire Giant in about 15 seconds! (That's right, i timed it!)

Defensive (Magic)
Are you Mid, is the other He Bo or Isis? NO WORRIES! With the Stone of Gaia, that "Stun Ball of Infinite Range" & Babymaker (Waterspout/knock up) are no longer you're concern.

Defensive (Physical)
Reldana(Chronos):[VVGS] Curses!
Reldana(Chronos):Apollo is being a d**klick to my hp bar!

Artholos(Fenrir):Lol, get absolution! and if more, get Nemean Lion too!

Later...

===(Reldana)=====|[XX(Apollo)XX>
"An enemy has died!"

Reldana(Chronos):[VEW] Whoohoo!
Artholos(Fenrir):[VVGN] Nice Job!

Snowball build of power > Oldspice
This is more for if you got 1 or 2 kills before lvl 8. If you keep your wits, you're maintain that, get fed, have a tummy ache, carry the team, and force surrender before starting Tahuti!

Mid Time!

Early Game
I don't care if Kali called jungle, or if Hades is being a d**k! You get that Red buff first thing in the morning.. Now if all things are favorable, you're teammate will be fine with that. If so, grab the Fury Camp just south of it (with ONE PERSON (Let him take the damage)) for extra XP to stay ahead of your mid counterpart!

The red is SO ineffably important! Kill the minions quick (Accelerate(IV)) and then start wailing on your opponent. Your archers should still be alive and they're attack too. You'll do one of three things here:
1 - Kill the enemy god before the two minute mark and prolly' get First Blood.
2 - force him into his tower, maybe he retreats. But he isn't attacking you.
3 - Fail miserably and die, giving him a pirate chest filled with XP for him to bathe in!

Mid Game
If you're fed, then get the first tower, maybe the second if you're cruising. Then begin roaming. But while you push the towers, you may get ganked! You could very well die if two or more come after you. Assuming you're this far ahead.. you should have some beads or sprint or something for sticky situations. (depending on enemy team composition)

Once that's complete, teamfights may be beginning. Go win one and get Fire Giant. you should have Fatalis completed by this time. with Fatalis, you'll need at least one other to do Fire Giant. If all goes well, you're team should be golden to begin late game and go for the Phoenixes and minotaur!

If all doesn't go this well; say you fall behind by a few deaths. Get some protection against your mid opponent and ask for a gank or two. If you have a good jungler, you should catch up fairly quickly, but at the least you should come about even with the enemy.

Just remember. Always grab Red!

Thanks!

Thanks for reading! I'll update this as more info is availed! feel free to add constructive criticisms!

Your starting items are impossible, Demonic Grip > Fatalis (don't need both), and it's better to max out Time Rift before accelerate otherwise you will have no damage.

the build is nice, already tried fatalis, the only problem i see is that the passive with the 4th (+35% magical power), you said it's good in early game where it is the other way around. In early game, you almost got no magical bonus, but in later, you could deal up to 400 magical power with crazy speed if you get speed buff
