This is how to dance, A chang'e for everything

This is an extremely effective Chang'e build, read carefully!

This is what matters the most, the items.
You want to start off with soul stone to try and out clear whoever you're laneing against. You also want shoes and pots.
For your cdr you want to pick one of the 3 cd items and shoes of focus. Picking this is all dependent on who you are fighting. B.o.v against physical, Chronos pendent if you want damage but and think you can spare damage, and M.o.d if your up against a mage that does damage.
For a source of power you want Book of Thoth and you always need pen so grab Obsidian Shard. You can also grab warlock sash if you think you need health more then power

Now here is where it gets interesting. For this build one thing you can not chang'e (lololol) is Rod of Asclepius it gives you speed that you need and goes well with your passive as well as some power and health. The speed will help you close distances so that you can attack or make larger distances.

Now at the end you want to pick either, Hastened Fatalis or Rod and that is really on what you need at the time, either power or more speed, but I promise as long as you're some-what good this build can work for you.
