Supp (this is a pun) my fellow Smiters, I have decided, for my FIRST GUIDE EVER! To make the MOST COMPLICATED GUIDE EVER! This guide will consist of multiple chapters that cover the following:
What are Items?
The tools of the gods, items can help to improve a god's strength or mitigate their weaknesses.
Items are classified as General, Offense, Defense and Utility. Offense and Defense items can be magical or physical in nature, capable of improving or hindering magical or physical damage types. General and utility items range from powerful Ability items to specialized weapons and armor for countering other Gods.
Right, well, that was awkward (for you noooooobs out there), on to the real serious SHIAT.
Part 1: BOOTS
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
