This build is completely focused around your passive which means we need to stack your rage. So how do we do that?... by hitting things and taking damage from other gods. The stats we look for then are protections, health, and attack speed.
Bluestone - Procs on all of your abilities so a lot of extra damage
Ninja - Gives attack speed, and a little bit of health from the mana
Mark - Mystical Mail is expensive so we need a bridge item.
Mystical Mail - More damage, health, and protections
Shogun's - A lot of stats plus passive attack speed
Winged Blade - A lot of stats and so you can chase squishes
Mantle - Both protections and passive cc stun for escaping
Sixth Item
Midgardian, Frostbound - Lower DPS of hunters
Stone of Gaia - You have no sustain so this can fill that void
Magi's - Avoids Lock down for enemy front line
Brawler's - For healers
Qins - For Max DPS
