Introduction

The Morrigan, in my opinion, is one of the strongest Gods currently in the game. She has extreme flex potential as she can be played in all 5 roles and performed above average in all of them.

Having extreme lane pressure through aoe auto attacks and her ultimate she is a God to fear when going against her.

All listed threats on Mid are the same threats for ADC and Jungle
Level order for Mid is also the same for every role.

Playing Midlane

Firstly you want to start at speed buff and charge your aoe auto attack at around 21 seconds. Start the buff with the third hit of the auto attack and instantly fire Dark omen. This keeps your damage tick on the buff and ensures you get credit for the camp kill.

As you go in to lane your Dark omen will be back up. Charge your auto attack chain again on the front minions and hit the last auto on the archers. Fire Dark omen on the wave and proceed to auto attack the archer minions to finish off clearing the wave.

You want to clear everything as fast as possible and that is what Morrigan does best.

Whenever you can you want to hit the enemy with Dark omen and get a secondary proc. Morrigan never really falls behind in clear as she still has aoe auto attacks and her Dark omen cooldown is fairly low.

The way you want to play fights with Morrigan is hitting a target once with Dark omen. You can then decide if you want to engage more. you can either stealth in, Stun, auto attack, 2, auto attack for moderate easy to confirm burst or alternatively. Stealth, 2, auto attack, 2, auto attack ult. This way you get the most damage out but the damage from your Dark omen is not 100% confirmed and the enemy can react with actives or skills of their own.

Lategame you should target squishy gods. The adc and mid are your best bet and you do not play Morrigan Like a normal Mid laner. Alot of the time you will be flanking with your stealth and going in to the back line. Alternatively working with your team and stealthing and stunning a target for the entire team to collapse on.

Playing ADC

ADC is more quite than mid and support. You will be left alone for the majority of the game in a 1v1 which Morrigan has high 1v1 potential as she is essentially two Gods. Keep applying Dark omen as much as you can as lane pressure in ADC is far less important outside of the first few waves. When you hit around 2 to 3 it is your chance to go in and ult for a Kill. Most of the time the enemy ADC cannot fight in to this without using relics.

Make sure before engaging you are appropriately warded in aggressive spots.

Lane Phase (Support)

The Morrigan early game has two things that give her pressure. Ranged aoe auto attacks and her stun.

Focus on clearing the wave early as it will allow you to invade the jungle. Especially in invade meta. You can 2v1 the ADC and get both red and purple or atleast get purple if the enemy support starts in lane.

You want to box before minions spawn as you have the ranged auto attacks which the enemy most likely will not. Make sure to keep poking with Dark omen as you still have good clear with auto attacks. Make sure your adc can try and proc your second hit to..

Rotations and teamfighting (Support)

Once Morrigan has her guardians blessing stacked you want to aim to rotate mid and get control.

Communication is key. Morrigan's style of play is to stealth in and go for a stun with team followup. You want to be trying to do this constantly throughout the game.

Transformations is really important for Suppor

Playing Solo lane

Solo lane is the most basic and easy role for The Morrigan. You out poke the enemy as you can stay at range and just kill them when you can transform into a jungler.

The ideal situation is to transform into a high CC God on your team and throw the enemy into tower or just poke them with magical damage and change into a physical god to finish off the kill.

Mid to late game you want to rotate with your ultimate up or your team is ready to play off a stealth stun in mid. Proxying is not super safe as The Morrigan so be careful when doing so. Having your ult up with this God is quite Vital

Playing Jungle

Morrigan has two sets of burst in her kit. Stealth engage with stun and transform into the enemy jungler or support to kill the enemy mid or adc. This is usually the best way to gank as The Morrigan because two forms of burst is usually overwhelming.

Outside of ganking The Morrigan can farm really efficiently with her stealth movement and low cooldown. Be sure to focus on farm early on.
