Basic Intro to Freya and Stat Contingency Logic

How Freya Works:
Freya is a magic assassin. Many claim that she can be played physical or as a hybrid, which is not entirely false, but a predominantly magical build is strongest due to the combination of three factors. First, her auto attacks during the use of her "1" and "2" have both physical and magical components. Second, her passive allows her physical power to benefit from her magical power; therefore magical power, not physical power, has the greatest net benefit per point for her "1" and "2" (which will account for the vast majority of your damage, especially at higher levels). Finally, her ultimate will not benefit from physical power, so while stacking physical stats will allow you to do decent auto attack damage, your reach/finish move will be weak relative to other gods'.

Explanation of Item Priorities:

Movement Speed: As an auto attack character, it is important for Freya to be fast enough to keep up with a moving target. If you aren't in range, you cannot do damage. Also, without a true escape ability, Freya needs run speed to reduce the chance of getting caught in a bad situation.

Attack Speed: This stat has importance for Freya because it allows her to get more hits in each use of her "1" and "2". Additionally, her "2", and her "1" once she has the Gem of Isolation, apply slows with each hit. A faster attack speed means more chances to apply slows/the ability to apply slows to multiple targets in a short duration. Slows make it easier for your teammates to hit enemy gods, frustrate your opponents, may reduce an enemies accuracy (especially if you run in circles around your slowed opponent). These factors make Freya's capacity to slow one of her strongest assets.

Magical Lifesteal: Lifesteal increases Freya's sustain and has a slight benefit during god fights. When many targets are caught in the area of effect of Freya's "2", the healing is quite significant. This stat is useful, but not crucial like the former two.

Other Stats: If you'd like to personalize your build, consider cooldown reduction up to the point where there is no down time between using Freya's "1" and "2". This will increase your damage and ability to apply slows, but will slightly increase mana consumption. Health/mana/MP5/HP5/resistance are stats useful to all gods. Find a point where you feel comfortable in your survivability/sustainability, but know that it comes at the cost of damage capacity.

Build Details

Build Two: Void Stone

Void Stone gives Freya a significant amount of magical resistance early game without significantly reducing her damage capacity. Buying this item will have Au Kuongs and He Bos rage quitting against you in mid.

Build Three: Wall of Absolution/Witch Stone

Again, these items provide enough protection to make your mid lane adversaries whine without turning you into a low damage tank. Witch Stone is much better in late game and during team fights, but choose the Wall of Absolution if you need more survivability early.

Build Four: Qin's Blades

At a certain threshold of enemy health and magical resistance Qin's Blades will net you more damage than a Polynomicon (even with very high magical power). The Polynomicon also increases sustain, however, so do not opt for the Qin's Blades unless the damage benefit is much greater. Ignoring resistances, consider these hypothetical situations:

Scenario 1 (Polynomicon): You use "1" and "2" once each on an enemy god. Polynomicon's passive activates twice doing about 420 damage each time for a total of 840 damage.

Scenario 2 (Qin's Blades): You use "1" and "2" once each on an enemy god with 2500 hp. In total you land 15 hits on your target (if you are accurate this figure would very likely be higher given the final attack speed of these builds. At 62.5 damage per hit (2500*0.25), Qin's blades causes 937.5 damage.

Scenario 3 (Qin's Blades): You use "1" and "2" once each on an enemy god with 3500 hp. In total you land 15 hits on your target. At 87.5 damage per hit (3500*.025), Qin's blades causes 1312.5 damage.

As you can see, Qin's blades are much more effective against tank like health pools (and many tanks will have more than 3500 hp), but the difference in damage over Polynomicon is still too marginal to justify the loss of sustain. Now let's add resistance.

Scenario 1 Revisited: Two Polynomicon passive's land, but your target is an Ares with over 200-300 magical resistance. In total your Polynomicon probably did less than 400 damage.

Scenario 3 Revisited: Qin's Blades procs 15 times against the same Ares as above. His health is 3500 and his magical defense is 200-300. Qin's Blades still did 1312.5 damage; exactly the same as before, and over 3 times what Polynomicon did.

I know what you're saying. No one with 2500 health is going to survive 15 Freya hits, wouldn't the burst be better? You're absolutely right. Against low/average health gods, especially one's without resistances the fight won't last long enough for Qin's Blades to do its job. Add in a teammate and its almost useless. What you should take from this is that you should only use Qin's blades against teams with multiple tanks or tanky builders. In these types of situations Qin's Blades WILL do more damage.

Okay this is a nice guide
lots of builds I can agree on (just the options of different builds I approve)

skill order is OK
but do note that Irradiate does more single dps and depending on the lane you might want to lvl this before Pulse

now the bad part about this guide

Its soooooooo hard to read Q.Q
please work on your lay out and use better colors/pictures perhaps
you can find tutorials on the forum

but the amount of stats/numbers to go with your tactics is nice ^^
