Some mistakes you have again on skill leveling, with 6 points in the 1 and 2, and 4 points in the 3 and ult, and those should be fixed.

Overall, items are all functional choices for Sylv. That said, there's not a huge amount of utility going on here, for a god that's generally low mobility. Stampede is a great choice for him due to that, but he needs to consider other utility and counter items depending on enemy comp and builds. You can add an additional section in your build list for alternative items to consider, and that's always helpful.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
