3. If you take a closer look you can clearly see that all the items are all penetration. That's because if you want to take the game early, build penetration to take down the towers faster. With Jotunn's being an overall high tier item due to its CDR and power with penetration, this is a must-have on this push build. With Ichaival coming in this is your early game attack speed and movement speed on top of that. Then you have Asi or your sustain in lane and in team fights. Titan's Bane is to help with damaging the towers and to tanks with a high health pool. So with this build you can take on almost anyone in any situation. Your basic attacks in the mid to late stages of the game do 300-400 damage per basic; company along with your dog Kaldor you do an additional 200 damage leaving with a massive DPS at around 500.
2. In the laning phase you want to get as much of an early lead as possible. The more early you get more farm the earlier in which you get Transcendence. You want to rush Transcendence early to have that early game presence. Then you rush you boots for movement speed and additional power.
1. The starting items are Death's Toll to have that early game sustain of both mana and health and should be built on all ADC's in the start. Then no boots but Morningstar to start your Transcendence online early.
