Danzaburou rolls out 3 money bags that pass through and damage Enemy minions but stop on Enemy gods, slowing as they travel. Gods hit are damaged and Intoxicated, dropping a gold coin that Danzaburou or his ally gods can pick up to provide him 10 gold.

Danzaburou creates a field where he moves faster, is slow immune, takes less damage, and has no basic attack penalty. Enemies in the field are slowed by 20%. If Danzaburou leaves the field it fades turning him into a leaf with other decoys that mimic his movement. As a leaf his movement speed is increased, he is slow immune and can pass through enemies and allies. After a short delay from transforming, any hit from Enemy gods or if Danzaburou himself attacks, he will revert back.

Ability Type: Circle, Buff
Movement Speed: 20%
Leaf Movement Speed: 30 / 32.5 / 35 / 37.5 / 40%

Once fired the Rocket will pass through and damage Enemy minions, stopping on the first Enemy god hit damaging and stunning them while dealing 75% damage in a larger area.

The skill order needs to be fixed, there are six points in the 3 and only 4 in the ult. Also, Rage is purchased way too late to be of any real use like what Kriega pointed out.

Mention to get Hunter’s Cowl late. Also no point stacking Rage that late, you may as well get Deathbringer since you already have some crit online with Fail-Not and Wind Demon.

You could drop dominance or Exe for something else. Since % pen cap is 40% and your at 58% you could switch out Exe for some LS or more Power, maybe go Trans/Asi/Dev. Also yeah build rage earlier as you need the stacks to evolve it. Also 60% crit is more than enough tbh, if you use fail-not + evolved rage your at 65% and 80% after u ult someone but only on that target. So you could probably also change out WD for maybe Ichaival to give you more power, base atk spd since WD gives u some +proc, and to reduce the enemy atk spd by 10% stacking 3 times.
So maybe switch out Exe for Ichaival and WD for an upgraded starter like Hunters Cowl. Atk spd, LS and MS/AS passive depending on your positioning. So you would get more base power, same base atk spd as WD, but a higher passive atk spd from Hunters Cowl, you just will have 20% less crit chance which isn't a huge deal.

This build isn’t too ideal but your suggestions aren’t better. Executioner isn’t percent pen it’s percent reduction, and Ichaival isn’t needed in crit builds. Plus Wind Demon is pretty much a must in crit builds with it having percent pen.

Whether its % pen or Reduc doesn't matter the results are the same. You either reduce their prots by 28% or penetrate them by 28% or do both, but most don't want % pen because its **** vs ppl without high prots, why most want flat pen. Also WD isn't needed for crit builds, i have proven this myself, but WD is great for crit builds cant say it isn't, but not NEEDED. Ichaival works perfectly fine with crit or AA builds because of its procs which play into your survival and boxing capabilities.

Basically it comes down to how well you play your god. You can create the craziest builds and be amazing and they work. You can play meta builds and suck, the build helps, but doesn't help when you're getting outplayed left and right because you don't know how to use the god properly.

Also in my experience with Cowl so far, dropping Dom or Exe isn't a choice. In this build setup w/ Cowl -> Ninja, you drop Exe, at least early, and you absolutely need to keep Dom. Dom has some MP5, and Cowl is the only regular ADC starter with no mana sustain.

I think Rage should be built earlier in the build to allow enough time to get the stacks before the end game.
