This build is going to make you able to two-hit kill most gods late game, but be careful as you are very very squishy. In my opinion Loki is the most fun god to play with his good wave clears and extraordinary damage.
Transendence
This is gonna want to be your first item since you want to build stacks because every stack gives 15 mana and 3% of all your mana is converted to physical power giving a boatload of both.
Warrior Tabi
This is gonna give 40 physical power increasing it even more.
Joutunn's Wrath
This is gonna give more physical power, penetration, mana, and some much needed cooldown reduction.
Hydra's Lament
This gives physical power and cooldown works very well with everything else.
Titan's Bane
Like everything adds physical power and also all physical attacks gain 33% percent penetration.
Deathbringer
Could we have a drumroll please (dundundundun). This item adds. Physical. Power. Oh and crit chance plus crits do more damage.
Consumables
Mana Potion
This will only be used until you have max stacks on Transendence.
Health Potion
This will be used all game since Loki is very squishy all game.
Potion of Physical Might
This will be used after all items and actives have been bought giving even more physical power.
Actives
Girdle of Inner Power
This active is barely used normally but goes amazing with his 4 and 3.
Combat Blink
This is normally used to get behind enemies to use his 3 if his 4 isn't up.
Vanish
This skill is gonna be leveled up last at 2, 15, 16, 17, 18. It's not that's it's bad to level up the damage over time it's just the fact that others are more important to level.
Decoy
This is gonna wanna be leveled up first at 1, 4, 6, 7, 10 since it's his best wave clear increasing how fast until he can destroy.
Aimed Strike
This is gonna wanna be leveled up second at 3, 8, 11, 12, 13. This is essential to killing enemies but not as important as leveling up at the beginning of the game.
Assassinate
This will be leveled up at 5, 9, 13, 17, 20
Early Game
Until you're about level 10 you're going to want to play passively and use your 2 to clear waves. If you see someone low try to get the kill but right now you can't take someones health from 100 to 0 in 2 hits.
Mid Game
Now you can play more aggressively but still clear waves and level up because you're not a complete killing machine just yet.
Late Game
Here it is the best thing in the entire game. Girdle, 4, 3, 1, RIP your enemies.
How to Kill
First activate your Girdle, then ult (if your ult isn't up use blink, if blink isn't up use your 1 and walk behind them), then 3 and and keep on attacking until your enemy is dead.
Why it Happens so Quickly
You might be wondering why I want to get behind them so much and that is because when you hit someone behind as Loki you get a 20% bonus damage on basic attacks. So if you're behind someone this is what happens. Crit + extra crit damage from Deathbringer + all of our physical power + plus extra 3 damage + extra Girdle damage + Potion of Physcal Might = 1000+ crit
Like I said previously you are very squishy but the damage just makes this god so much fun to play. I hope you learned something from this and enjoyed. This is my first ever guide so if you could give me some feedback it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

I'm kinda surprised you didn't build any attack speed items on Loki. If you had replaced Warrior Tabi with Ninja Tabi, while replacing Transcendence with Odysseus Bow you would become a Crit CHance fast hitting Loki
I don't think you need attack speed since it takes 2 to 3 hits to kill someone late game.
This bit is wrong, you're not guaranteed crit from behind, you get 20% damage bonus on your basic attacks instead. You might want to clarify this in your guide.
Thanks for pointing this out, I'll fix it once I get a chance.

I like the build though, but i think its a little too squishy, for a solo lane build, for my liking. I'll have to try it out.
