Notes Serqet is one of the few assassins I build a blessing on, but that is because I don't like having Hydra's Lament on her.

Kriega, with the current state of Deathbringer probably being the worst crit item at the moment do you think a Malice or Wind demon would be better in its position here? Or are you okay with it.

I’d personally not go any crit on her.

So, what would you do?

Wind Demon would definitely be the more practical choice, but I personally choose Deathbringer just for the passive so the 1 does extra damage.

If you "don't like" building hydras on her, then you probably don't use her poisons properly because its by definition going to synergize with hydras if you know what you're doing. Also getting your poison at level 2 can be a death sentence at higher levels of play. Your 1 will be on cooldown if you're clearing a camp and if you don't have your 3 youre dead if you get invaded. Additionally the 2 serves no purpose in camp clearing so im assuming you get it and attempt to dive the mid laner; another thing that can get you killed without your leap. Overall meh build,

Using Hydra procs seems really counterintuitive considering her passive deals additional damage based on AA stacks. It’s also relatively obvious that this build isn’t for Conquest or he would’ve included a Conquest start. That being said your comment regarding his leveling order doesn’t apply here either because you start at level 3 in every other game mode.

Anyways, to me the build seems fine. I think the general consensus is that stacking on power/pen is better than crit nowadays but looking at the build it checks off all the boxes. And given the purpose is to get in and get out as quick as possible, I suppose crit makes sense.

It's literally the opposite. Hydra was made to use a skill + basic attack + skill + basic attack...
And if you do it on Serqet you literally throw away your passive. I can understand that you want to make a giant nuke bomb attack after the 3 poisons but there are better items to her than Hydra.

I don't play conquest and I play hit and run based primarily focused on the 2 ccing and the 1 being my main source of damage. I don't buy Hydra's because I dislike the wind up time for Serqet's 1st auto. And this build usually allows me to get in and out easily.

You don't have to get hydra's on Serqet Jungle lol
