This build of mine made me reach 60:0 K/D (one time, but nevertheless). Most other time, if you play properly, you will surely have at least +- 20 kills, if not even more.

Your most important skill at the beginning will be your 2nd one. The amount of protection it gives you combined with the protection given by the tainted steel and Cabrakan's passive of 5% damage reduction will make you very tanky.
Don't forget about Polynomicon's passive ability. Use it during the gap between the first and second stun.
Pros:
- There are very few gods that can give you a real challenge in a 1 vs 1 fight (considering you have equal levels and items in your inventories).
- Cabrakan can synergize with a lot of gods.
- Surprise attacks. A surprise attack on the enemy team's back from behind (especially with a blink) will likely eliminate at least one of them (in the worst case) or all of them (in the best case, even if you are against the whole team).
- Ambushes. Aside supports, Cabrakan can easily kill ANY god from an ambush. No hesitation, no defeat.
- The last two pros make Cabrakan also a pretty nice jungler.
Cons:
- The main cons is of course your close combat range for almost all abilities. This will make you an easy target for experienced carries and mages if you are going to attack them face to face. Though most of them will probably die IF you reach them. (in case they don't have beads or other stuff to escape you).
