intro

First off I have been playing odin for aslong as I can remember. if build properly you can go without dying the whole game. And to those people who build odin adc I say you are an idot. because odin is not up to his full potential when built adc.

laneing partners/ pro and cons

good with thor, hebo, art, and XB.

cons-
VERY mana deprived early game.
long cooldowns
not best early game(until you get your third item)
low early game damage

pros-
lot of health
huge regen early and late game
great alt with many available combos
can still do good amount of damage as tank(with abilities, basic attacks late game)
GREAT initiator, for FG and team fights.

iteams

im not going to go into detail the iteams I listed are good and I listed them there for a reason. feel free to try different items just don't omit the first three iteams. they are the backbone to odin.

skills

(listed in mater of importance)[again not going into a lot of detail]

Gungnir's Might
this ability is what makes odin who he is. great passive and can deal good amount of damage
and it also slow giving teammate a chance to get away and slowing opposing forces when trying to chase down.

Odin's Shout
great buff adding up to and additional 50% attack speed, and it works on minotaur(yours).

lunge
does good damage and is good for escapes. has the second largest area damage jump, after Baset.

Ring if spears
this is a very good alt. one of the only walls in the game, and there are many other alts that you can combo it with. It also gives you more defense(like you need it :}) and more damage(witch you sadly need :() You have to be careful not to trap squishy friendlies and not just tanky enemies.

Creeping / Jungling

Don't jungle with odin unless you have help because you cant do enough damage and end up waiting time you could be helping teammates

Summary

Odin in my opinion is the best tank if you going for tankieness. if you learn to play him right you can do magic with him. with this build I have never died more then two times per game, unless I have a really ****pie team (You can look at my player stats if you want my game name is pie head)(if someone tells me how to place images ill show you my record and how to take screen shot in smite). thank you for reading this guide and good luck with Odin. please like if this helps you

you only get physical protection from his pasive and I once 1v1 a adc odin and won as full tank. when most people play odin adc they play him like he cant die.with this build you can still bush out some good damage,m if you get voidblade and deathebringer as you last iteams with this build you can paly odin like hes invinsible because he prity much is you die very few times if you play hime right

uhhhh, with odins passive, theres no reason atall t o ever go full tank on him....

you are crushing your damage potential for a bit more tankiness.
