Follow the Skills I give you and you will get a good over all odin.
At start jump in the archers with Lunge and use Gundnir's Migth to farm the minions, try to hit the enemy God so the minions get in range of Gundnir's Migth and to presure the enemy.
In team Figths do the same as above but with carefull, and if you have AOE dmg ulties in your team try to get all the enemy gods in your ulti.
If you want to engage a team fight use Lunge to aproach use Ring of Spears to hold the enemy and use Odin's shout to get the speed to take dmg, when Ring of spears ends use Gungnir's migth to slow enemys and get the kills.
Note: try to have the Blue Buff allways, Odin can be a Mana Drinker at any stage of the match.
Start Up
To start a game go for Meditation 1 and a defensive item (depending on enemy team overall DMG tipe).
Finish the first defensive item (Magical Protection is the best option do to the Gungnir's Might Passive) and Meditation to Salvation (it will help your team and you in Xtreme Danger cases).
Then buy Eye of Retaliation to get the dmg, the lifesteal and the OP passive, after finish the defensive items, and then just follow the build.
With this bulid Odin gets the roll as a bruiser.
Note: Depending on the Enemy change the defensive items, the Sovereignty to a Bulwark of Hope (Magical Dmg enemy), or Stone of Gaya to a Mystical Mark (Phisycal Dmg Enemy).
The boots Buy them when you need.
The other Actives are up to you, I often go for Fist of The God's or Girdle of Suport.
In Assault mode change Meditation to Shard and upgrade it to Restoration Shard.
Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
