Lore

Of arrogance and pride, the Greeks have but one word: hubris. It is a crime against Gods and Men, but a crime many commit with impunity. Even mighty Zeus is guilty. But when punishment is due, there is one from whom even the God of Thunder shrinks. She is Nemesis, the red-washed blade of Divine Retribution.

Recall the tale of Narcissus, so taken by his own beauty. Proudly, his visage was flaunted, to the detriment of all. Until, at last, he was led to a pond of crystal hue where his own reflection enraptured him. So long did he remain to gaze upon this self-image that hunger claimed his life. Thus does Nemesis respond to hubris. It is consequence equal to the crime.

Now, behold the war torn land, beset by the wrath of wanton Gods filling the air with blood and boasts. This battlefield is stained with hubris. Unwittingly, these foolish warriors have summoned their greatest adversary. Nemesis has come!

No longer will foul deeds engender success, no hoard of wealth held in undeserving hands, no legends told when falsely earned. Nemesis will unleash a tide of retribution. Punishment for the crime of hubris is death.

Skills

Passive (Scales of Fate): Whenever you hit enemies you steal a portion of their physcial and magical power from their items. If you steal magical power it is converted to physcial power for a half of the value. This passive stacks and provides quite a bit of extra power as long as you stay in battle.

Swift Vengeance(1): Nemesis can boost forward two times. Let's her go pretty far and does a bit of damage. Doesn't really have to be upgraded first since it doesn't really do that much damage.

Slice and Dice(2): This is Nemesis' main damage skill. I would put it top priority to upgrade first.

Retribution(3): Shield that provides defense, reflects damage and heals.

Divine Judgement(4): Nemesis choose one enemy god reducing their HP and movement speed, a portion of their protections for a short period of time. Nemesis' movement speed is also increased for the time period.

Items

Warrior Tabi: Nemesis needs that damage from the start which Warrior Tabi provides. Since this is a bruiser build Nemesis needs a reasonable amount of damage, but also needs to be able to defend herself and win fights.

Jotunn's Wrath: Nemesis needs her abilities. You need to be able to use your shield at all times which saves you a lot of times. This item provides mana and cooldown reduction.
Also extra damage and and bit of physical penetrations.

Mystical Mail: This item gives Nemesis HP and physical protection. It is good for chasing enemies with low health, as it deals 40 Magical damage per second to enemies within 25 units. Also good for defeating minions and small minions in jungle camps.
Bulwark of Hope is a good alternative to this item if the enemy team has a lot of mages.

Ancile, Heartward Amulet, Pestilence: All good defensive items. I would mainly go for Ancile since it gives you full cooldown paired with Jotunn's Wrath. Also gives you more HP from the stacks and a bit of power.

Frostbound Hammer: Provides you with the last bit of HP you need. Also a good item for chasing enemies and defending yourself, since it slows.

The executioner: The last bit of damage and attack speed.

Pros / Cons

Pros: High mobility, strong slows.

Cons: Low sustain, mana huntry early, has a bad time with Hard CC

I have been using this build for almost a week now and it's working really well for the play style i play. I am mainly playing 3v3 joust and siege. For Actives i would recommend Fist of the Gods for that 1s stun while chasing enemies. Also Sprint and beads work great.
