Neith - The Egyptian Sniper

Just a brief rundown.

Arena:

Hit the attack speed or mana camp right away. After that, focus on minions until you get to level five. Once at level five, farm people's kills. If someone is getting away make sure you have enough stored use your Ult. Let the white circle fill up all of the way and let it rip. You MAY NOT get a kill from your ultimate if your penetration isn't high enough.

Conquest(Solo/Carry)/Joust:

After you buy your first two items, buy a mana potion and head to help get camps and grab mana for yourself. Your mana regen won't be as good until you finish building transcendence. Focus on minion kills for the first few minutes. Using your stun(X) is a very good way to initiate a fight. I really only use the A when I'm low on health to save mana. When you use the A, hit as many enemy minions or champions as possible to maximize your health regen. The best thing about Neith is her ultimate. If a buddy across the map is getting hit bad, or someone is getting away, you can lock on and stun/kill them from across the map.

Pros:
Stun and Ultimate are crazy powerful
Attack/movement speed are good

Cons:
Mana hog early game
VERY squishy
