Heartseeker and Rage are two very essential items right now for Hunter's (adc's) in the meta.
Depending on the team you are facing you should adjust your end game build. The Executioner is amazing for ripping through tanks. Qin's Sais is another really nice item for finishing people off.
Pros - Very High Damage/Good Sustain/High Critical Hit Chance
Cons - Requires Smart Mana Usage and Smart Play (if you die a lot with this build your Heartseeker will become useless and you'll need to replace it with another item)
This is a really good build for out-damaging your laning opponent.
Play a passive lane until you get your Heartseeker fully stacked (50), then you can go HAM.
Neith is a very versatile, high sustain God. Use your 3 (Backflip) directly followed by your 1 (Spirit Arrow) to clear lane creep quickly and/or to aoe damage and root your opponents.
