Fastest God Alive

With the 25% conversion of movement speed to power, this passive is what makes this build not suck.

Made You Look

Safe and easy damage and decent minion clearer. With Talaria Boots you can use this to get a quick 30 gold off nearby gods. This is especially useful in clash where a lot of enemies are often grouped together, waiting for you to make them look.

Maximum Velocity

Super Saiyan Mode! Not only does this give you a sick burst to attack speed, but it passively buffs your your run speed, and thus your attack power as well, because of your passive.

Mercury Special Delivery

Great escape, great CC, can get you killed. Be careful of this one. It stuns your opponent AND yourself for 1 second. Only use it aggressively when you're in a 1v1 situation, or when there's a good chance none of the enemies friends will beat the **** out of you while you've CC'ed yourself.

Mercury Sonic Boom

Probably THE funnest ult in the game. You can travel large swaths of ground, sometimes half the map, stunning and damaging anyone you pass through. No better way to make your opponents soil themselves.

"If you surrender to the wind, you can ride it."

This build is unorthodox. There's no penetration, and no life steal. And thus, this build might not be very popular. But it's fun as hell and very capable.

First and foremost, you're a poker. You get in, wreck some faces, and get out. Unless you kill everyone of course.

Killing is not your prime goal though. Getting in and out is your goal. You must ride the wind, and the wind stays in no place for long. If you really conform to this play style, the kills will come.

You're really fast.. You'll end up with around 570 out-of-combat static run speed, and 550 in-combat static run speed. With the run speed buffs from Wind Demon, and the sprint relic, your run speed becomes just nuts! If you're careful, there's really no situation you can't get out of, and you're hard as hell to gank because you're just too dang fast and slippery.

Without life steal, you're pretty squishy. You're damage gets pretty wicked late in the game with the crits, high physical power and the near maxed attack speed, but don't let it get to your head. Always be ready to run, and flee often. And if you're still healthy after fleeing, and they've forgotten about you, get right back in there, kick faces, and then flee again!

Avoid tanks until late game, and then continue avoiding tanks. Only engage a tank if you're feeling really confident about the situation or its 1v1, and only late game. Without penetration and life steal its too dangerous. Just kill their squishy friends. A tank without friends is a dead tank.

This build is so fun! Hope you guys give it a shot!

You have no way of slowing your target down. If they turn etc. they could have enough time to evade you.

As GameGeekFan said, with Hastened Fatalis, this usually isn't a problem. On the contrary, I'm sometimes going so fast that, if I'm not focusing, I'll miss my target because the speed has me running past them or around them in such a way as to make aiming basics a challenge.

When we're talking over 700 run speed with sprint and wind demon proc, it's not hard to believe.

With Hastened Fatalis who needs to slow down your target? :)
