There are obviously other ways to beat this, but with this setup, you should be guaranteed to beat it. I have done it several times and my fastest time with this setup was 10 minutes 10 seconds!

Hel: Book Of Thoth, cdr boots, Tahuti, Asclepius, chronos’, lotus crown(?, not sure what enemy damage type is). You can use Nike over Bellona as well.

Hercules is also an excellent option. I beat the mode with Hercules, Aprhodite and Neith.

I did with Aphrodite, cupid and Mercury. Cupid heal and hit the enemies, Aphrodite only heals and Mercury "tank" and do damages. Also Anubis with double or triple lifesteal is working too

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
