Lancelot's Skill Order Notes (Make sure to level-up your Ultimate whenever you can)

You want to fully level your 2 first, because that is the soul of your combo.

Next you level your 3 because it buffs your horses shield, and shield regen speed when you first get on.

After that, you upgrade your 1. This is an extra bit of damage paired with some short movement burst that allows for some escape routes to open up.

Extended Build

Alternate Purchases

Notes If you know how to auto attack cancel, you should replace The Crusher with Hydra's Lament and weave basics into your combo. This is a bit more advanced though, so I don't have it in the base build.

You could also replace Soul Eater with Trans for your stacking item. You lose the lifesteal but you get a lot of power and mana once full stacked.

The Start

So when you first start out you'll want go ahead and buy all three of your abilities. Throughout the game you'll level them in the order of 2, 3, 1, and your ult whenever you can. (We'll go more into that when we talk about the combo)

For your Starter Item, we're going with Bluestone to get that extra tick damage after using your combo, and the extra stat bump.

We're going to buy a Mace, to start building into Jotun to fix our mana issue.

For your starting relic, it will depend on what gods you are facing against. If there is a lot of CC, go Puri. If there is a lot of Damage output, but low CC, go Aegis. Or just go Blink if you're feeling confident enough to snag kills early game.

Once you're ready to go hop on your horse (using your 3 ability) and get the early game ward in the front of enemy jungle before anyone starts to attack Red Buff, and place a ward. (You should be the first there)So when you first start out you'll want go ahead and buy all three of your abilities. Throughout the game you'll level them in the order of 2, 3, 1, and your ult whenever you can. (We'll go more into that when we talk about the combo)

The Combo

Your Combo is the main part of Lancelot's Damage output. You always start by being on your horse. Once you use the horse for a little bit, You'll eventually learn tricks on how to get the horse to stay in one place by running into a wall, or circling around until you're ready to strike.

Once you are ready to strike, you need to charge your enemy, and use your Alt 2. Throwing you up into the air and slamming on your opponent. This animation allows for in-air movement, so try to position yourself right up on your opponent, facing them.

After you've landed, use your regular 2 ability to knock up and disorient your opponent. This will only work if you're right up on them, so be sure to setup correctly using your up-down ability.

Once you're opponent has been knocked up, you'll want to quickly use your 1 Ability, to dash through your opponent, granting you a second charge. The second charge should be used almost immediately after to make a 180 turn and charge right back through them.

This is the base combo. If you do this, you should be maximizing Damage output. You can use your Ultimate ability to deal more damage, and get your horse back before it's original cooldown. allowing you to repeat the combo.

The Build

After you've got your starter's you'll want to build directly into Jotun's Vigor to solve our issue with low mana early game, and to give us cooldown on top of cooldown when we're at low health.

Next item is going to be Soul Eater. This will give you a lot of sustainability during fights do to it's lifesteal. It will also give you power, and more cooldown.

(The next three item's order is mostly personal choice but I chose to go with the following order)

Then you buy The Crusher to build into your ability damage even further.

After that, you buy Titan's Bane to shred through protections the enemy team has built up throughout the match.

And then you build Heartseeker. This is going to give you that last amount of damage late game that's going to absolutely demolish gods late-game with your full build.

And finally, upgrade your Bluestone into Corrupted Bluestone. A lot of people will argue to get the Brooch instead, but that's just because of the stat buff it gives you. The tick damage you're getting from corrupted outweighs the Brooch.

The Relics you upgrade are just as you picked them: Situational. Pick based on what you're up against. if you're using blink to run, get the fire trail. If you're using it to chase enemies, take the one that slows enemies.
