This build is an all around, good damage and good durability build for Hercules. Very good for survivability and team fights. The only real downside is that you'll be a little slow and your mana won't regen well until you get Shield of Regrowth.
Once you get your build, you can buy health pots or wards or whatever else you'll need to increase your already good survivability.
If you're playing solo, be sure to use your ultimate (Excavate) to clear waves and maybe get a hit or two onto the enemy god.
Hit Earthbreaker and knock them up, then use Driving Strike to either push them into the wall or towards your team.
If they're low, use Excavate to try to snipe them and get an easy kill.
No Boots:
Boots aren't necessary because you have Hastened Katana, and Mitigate Wounds (3) will proc with Shield of Regrowth, giving you the boosted speed. With this build, your Shield of Regrowth will always proc because the lowest cooldown is 10.4 seconds for Mitigate Wounds (3).
